So Shell and I hit up BB&B today for our wedding registery. I was looking forward to grabbing a gun and running around the store scanning random crap. However, my dreams were soon dashed.
BB&B is very professional, and you are assigned a “tour guide” of the store. This lady basically gave us a full-blown tour of the store, showing us every item on every aisle. It was ridiculous. The best was when she tried getting us to register a melon baller and apple corer. It was over two hours, and we didnt even finish half the store. The other half will be tomorrow night at 7pm, which is when we made our appointment for.
Im not a big fan. I mean, she was helpful in some respects, but she was constantly trying to upsell to the very best item for each thing, and I wasn’t looking forward to asking people for twelve $40 plates…that would have been our entire registery!!!
So yeah, its not fun. Its a chore. Now that I know what to expect, tomorrow wont be as bad.

I kinda wanted to, but thats like this lady’s job. I dont think they want people randomly walking around by themselves.
why the heck not. tell her to fuck off and if you have a question you will get her. tell her shes ruining your wedding. and you dont think your gonna get married now because of her.
HAHA way to take it to the extreme Steve! Actually the second night wasn’t that bad, I think there was just a lot of kitchen stuff and it was getting annoying. We had fun picking out our towels and comforter!
